Israeli IT answers provider to telecom firms Amdocs Ltd. (Nasdaq: DOX) has announced that it has obtained British isles company MYCOM OSI for $188 million hard cash. MYCOM OSI offers program-as-a-services (SaaS) alternatives for manage and protection services for cloud-centered communications networks for telecom providers. Amdocs reported that the acquisition would expand its portfolio in network assistance assurance and monetization with comprehensive methods for running and optimizing network means and the services on it.
