A stately Victorian mansion in Port Townsend, Washington, is turning a lot of heads on a popular real estate social media page thanks to its beauty and its rather low price tag.
The Starrett House, also named “The Grand Dame,” according to the listing on Zillow.com, is on the market for $1.5 million, which seems like a deal considering the size of the 11-bedroom, 10-bathroom residence, which was built in 1889. It makes sense that the house was once a bed and breakfast as well.
Features inside the house include:
Thanks to its exquisite outside and jaw-dropping interior, fans on Zillow Gone Wild were flabbergasted – in the best way possible.
“This home operated as a bed and breakfast for years, hence the kitchen … was strictly for function. It’s gorgeous inside and worth every penny!” one person said.
“This is the first one I can say I actually kind of love and would totally consider living in if I actually had a million and a half dollars,” another person commented.
“What a gem. A few rooms are clearly meant for daily living or function,” someone observed. “The period rooms (b&b rooms) are amazing. If I win the lotto this is what I’ll blow my money on.”
“If I won the lottery…” one person said.
“This would make the most amazing bed and breakfast. I wouldn’t change a thing!” someone expressed.
“This is my Barbie dream house,” another person said on Twitter.
Port Townsend is about 60 miles northwest of Seattle.
