JetBlue’s Geraghty joins L3Harris board of directors
L3Harris Technologies, headquartered in Melbourne, announced that Joanna Geraghty, president and chief operating officer of JetBlue Airways Corp., was elected to its board of directors. Her addition expands the L3Harris board to 14 members.
“Joanna is a proven leader who brings deep expertise and experience across business, operations, technology and talent domains, including from her current role leading operations for a major U.S. airline,” said William Brown, executive chair of L3Harris. “We are proud to have Joanna join our board, and look forward to the many contributions she will make to the company.”
Geraghty, 49, is responsible for JetBlue’s safety, operations and commercial performance, including leadership of the airline’s front-line workforce, as well as the network, brand and marketing, and revenue management functions.

Since joining JetBlue in 2005, she has played a key role in successfully expanding JetBlue’s differentiated brand and unique culture, as it grew from a small Northeast carrier into an international airline with more than 1,000 flights a day.
Prior to her current role, Geraghty held various senior executive management positions at JetBlue, including executive vice president of customer experience; executive vice president and chief people officer; and vice president and associate general counsel.
Before joining JetBlue, Geraghty was a partner at Holland & Knight LLP.
Geraghty earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from College of the Holy Cross; and a juris doctor and master’s degree in international relations from Syracuse University.
The AD Leaf promotes two, names vice president
The AD Leaf marketing and advertising firm recently promoted two of its team members, and also announced the hiring of Cindy Berger as its vice president.
The AD Leaf, headquartered in Melbourne, is a full-service marketing and advertising company.
The company announced that Shannon Sullivan was promoted to director of marketing team operations, and will be responsible for leading the marketing teams and growing innovative strategies for clients.
Sullivan, who previously was associate director of internal marketing, has been with The AD Leaf for nearly three years.
Sullivan attended the Florida Institute of Technology, and continued her education on a master’s degree at New York University.
Joleen Santos was promoted to associated director of internal marketing at The AD Leaf, and will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing initiative and developing strategies to grow the company’s footprint local, nationally and globally.

Taylor joins Sharp & Dye Attorneys law firm
Kaylee Jeanne Taylor recently joined the Sharp & Dye Attorneys law firm.
Taylor has practiced law for 25 years, and she specializes in criminal and family law.
Taylor received her undergraduate degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida. She graduated from Widener University School of Law in Chester, Pennsylvania.
Most of her career was spent in the office of the Florida State Attorney Office in the 18th District that includes Brevard and Seminole counties.
