Inland Real Estate Commercial Brokerage, Inc. represents Phase Three Brewing Company on Elmhurst lease

ELMHURST — Inland Actual Estate Industrial Brokerage, Inc. announced the signing of a retail lease by Stage 3 Brewing Business at 492-494 South Spring Street in Elmhurst. Paul Montes and Eric Spiess, senior vice presidents of Inland Commercial Brokerage, represented Period Three Brewing on the lease.

Section A few Brewing is converting a previous bicycle store into a 3,600-square-foot taproom with a whole kitchen area, to-go sales and out of doors place.
